MOST RECENT WORK

US DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, DEPARTMENTAL OFFICES

From 2022 - 2023, I worked with US Department of the Treasury Enterprise Content Management to completely overhaul the user experience of Treasury Departmental Offices’ Sharepoint sites, while staying within the limitations of Treasury’s legacy Sharepoint 2016 environment. We began by listening—I facilitated 8 workshops with all levels of team members in each of these offices. From these workshops, we developed a set of learnings and pain points, as well as recommendations on how to address each. From here I developed site map/architectures and wireframes tailored to Treasury’s current SharePoint implementation.

The content challenge for these two offices was immense—each office was regularly running up against hard server limits due to the size of their content and number of items. We created strategies for not only the heavy lift of content migration (using a custom AirTable I developed and implemented) but for ongoing content management governance and best practices.
