  • Worked with US Department of the Treasury Enterprise Content Management to completely overhaul the user experience of Treasury Departmental Offices’ Sharepoint sites, while staying within the limitations of Treasury’s legacy Sharepoint 2016 environment.

  • Facilitated workshops for all levels of staff working in the Office of International Affairs and Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen’s Financial Stability Oversight Council. 

  • Mapped internal business processes, researched and documented user needs, wrote user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, and created detailed wireframes which guided system redevelopment.

  • Worked with the team’s business analyst to develop role-based permissions architecture for new enterprise-wide system.

  • Designed, created and maintained detailed, page-by-page content migration plan in AirTable.
