Claire brings 20 years of cross-disciplinary experience to her work in digital. She has worn many hats since those early Internet days including project manager, information architect, writer, lead strategist, VP Client Service, UX designer, QA, business analyst, researcher—in other words, pretty much everything but programming (and she’s actually done a tiny bit of that too).

Currently, as principal in her own consultancy, Claire provides the strategic direction and the concrete “blueprints” for digital properties of all kinds, including websites, intranets, software products, mobile experiences, and marketing/communications campaigns. 

Claire’s passion is turning data and qualitative research into goal-driven strategies and actionable tactics. Her research and planning skills include focus group design and moderation, audience/stakeholder interviews, card sorting exercises, survey design and analysis, user and usability testing, heuristic review, persona development, requirements and business process analysis, use cases, and web and CRM analytics.

Her deliverables usually include persona development, user journeys, site maps, application and data diagrams, workflow diagrams, and static and interactive wireframes. Claire specializes in contextualizing these deliverables and structuring them into a coherent narrative for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
